A campaign that looks nothing like a real estate investment ad.

I worked with a creative director and copywriter to create an identity which differs from the typical skylines, buildings and huge statistics which flood the property industry.  

By telling the stories between seemingly unconnected items and investment, the ads highlight Patrizia's local expertise and on-the-ground knowledge. Combined with a bold look and feel to make Patrizia stand out from their competitors.
